No, your quota will never expire. As soon as you transcribe a file, your quota is automatically reduced.
Is it possible to purchase multiple packages?
Yes, any time quota you purchase will be automatically added to your existing time quota.
Will I be charged for a plan after trying ConvertSpeech for free?
No. You will only ever pay for a plan if you initiate the purchase yourself.
What happens if a transcription fails?
If a transcription fails, the used quota will be automatically re-credited to your account.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the transcription service?
If you are not satisfied, you will get your money back. The only requirement for receiving a refund is that you have not already used your quota intensively.
